Work Process:

(1) separation of residue and liquid: sewage water flow into the filter chamber, with the liquid flow of the larger solid separated by the filter, the remaining smaller impurities sink in the bottom of the device, to ensure the follow-up of the oil and water separation effectively

(2) oil and water separation: through the role of oil and water separation chamber, animal fat and vegetable oil floating to the surface of the water , when floating on the surface of the oil accumulated to a certain amount ,The treated water flows out through outlet ,to realize oil and water separation

MAINTENANCE:

1. All grease trap must be cleaned regularly to maintain efficient operation. Cleaning the Trap frequently will reduce odor problem associated with grease traps and improve retention efficiency.

2. Sign the contract with the local authorized plumber server.

3. Pump and recycle the waste oil every one or two weeks, or a proper period.

4. Pump and clean the sediment at the bottom every week or necessary.

5. After the waste oil and solids were removed, clean the interval of the units to maintain the rate of efficiency of the traps.

6. Thoroughly check the Inlet, Outlet, Air-relief and clean them if needed.

A:You can provide us your water sources, water quality, flow rate and ground area (contact us for more details).

2. How to pay?

A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

3. What is the delivery time?

A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

4. How to pack the products?

A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

5. How do you manufacture your equipment ?

A:Our  machining technology  includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding,CNC cutting and bending.

6. How to install after the equipment arriving destination?

A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
