MAINTENANCE:

1. All grease trap must be cleaned regularly to maintain efficient operation. Cleaning the Trap frequently will reduce odor problem associated with grease traps and improve retention efficiency.

2. Sign the contract with the local authorized plumber server.

3. Pump and recycle the waste oil every one or two weeks, or a proper period.

4. Pump and clean the sediment at the bottom every week or necessary.

5. After the waste oil and solids were removed, clean the interval of the units to maintain the rate of efficiency of the traps.

6. Thoroughly check the Inlet, Outlet, Air-relief and clean them if needed.
